Data export
De-identified longitudinal data ready for SPSS, R, or Excel analysis. PII is excluded — subject codes only. Use for dissertation stats.
Long-format CSV
One row per (subject × timepoint × domain). Optimal for repeated-measures analysis in R (lme4), SPSS (MIXED), or Python (statsmodels). Includes 7 CAPRAM domains.
Wide-format CSV
One row per (subject × timepoint). Columns include all 7 CAPRAM domains (raw + normalized) plus every supplemental gold-standard reading (elastography, force plate, VO₂max, DXA, NCV, functional tests). Excel pivot friendly.
Exports include: subject_code (e.g., CAP-001), age (years), sex, BMI, activity level, exposure flags, timepoint, session date, per-domain raw values, normalized scores, and units. Exports exclude: name, email, phone, DOB, IRB protocol number, and any free-text clinical notes.
